Cmde Sanjay Chhabra (Retd.) was awarded the Hon President’s Commission in Indian Navy on 27 Nov 93. In his 29 years’ service, he made immeasurable impact  in the service as a passionate Marine Engineer and Software/IT infrastructure evangelist.

An outstanding professional, mentor and leader, he is an expert in Marine Engineering Operations, Budgeting, Financial Management of Operations, Digital transformation, Industrial Equipment Control Systems & Software based systems approach.

At Yeoman Marine Services Private Limited, he is responsible for a number of stellar initiatives like convergence of contemporary processes towards integrated ship repairs and ship building in collaboration, Rollout of an organization-wide ERP and unification of management processes for easy decision-making and accountability.
